[Skunkworks] Integrating m-pesa's bulk payment with an online application

Hi There I am looking to integrate an online application I have with bulk payment such that when some parameters are queried on the app database and they meet a certain condition then payment is made to all the recepients that meet the specified criteria. Is there anyone who has done this before who can help? Thanks
