
<Rant> The first time I sent a message to activate the daily unlimited offer on Safaricom, I promptly got a message to wait for its activation, after they deducted the 200bob, ofcourse. The message telling me the activation was successful came 20min later. So, I sighed, gave them benefit of doubt assuming there was a tech hitch... Today, at 11.52am, I sent a message to 555 and got a reply to wait as per kawa. Till now, I'm still waiting! Tried to call 100, the bloody line aint working! Just missed class since I was waiting to service a client online... Do these offers not comply with normal TOS? Am I the only one whose experienced this?
