Before we get to build this super structure - We have a little problem with the plans: Checklist: 1) Build a warp engine - Not Done 2) Get a visit from suspiciously human looking aliens once they see our awesome warp engine - Not Done 3) Join the star federation so that we can use our new found power for good - Not Done 4) Develop warp drive with the help of the aliens - Not Done 5) Deploy early warp drive tests - Not Done 6) Build the Enterprise - Talk of putting the space cart before the horse
