If you must go with the copper you can use ADSL modems. Not sure if you can do 100Mbps but 10-20Mbps is practical. Contact Adwest Communciations or DDC East Africa. Sorry dont have the phone contacts.

Hi,
When you say copper, do you mean twisted pair ethernet cables? I think
the max you cant get out of the is 100m. The shielded more expensive
cables could give u longer cable runs.... but 600m sounds even too
much for that to me, especially if you really need the 300mbps.
My recommendation is that you use a wireless bridge. You can get two
Nanostation M5s or M2s in town for about 9k each. They can link up on
wireless-N at 300mbps, giving you 150mbps in one direction.
For these devices, 600m is really short, especially if they'll be
within line-of-sight of each other.
