
@ Kariuki Martin, Wouldn't asking Nairobits to incorporate a CV/application letter writing into their programme be a better response? It will help them achieve their goals of giving the people they work with an opportunity to actualise their potential. Do not run away from this because not every employer knows about Nairobits and not all are on this list. Watchman's reaction is the typical reaction such a CV would generate.
