i think safcom should be able to give you a vpn with static ip's on simcards , limitation is that you will be tied to the safcom network

Even if not VPN, for me, if the 3G router can do DDNS and have the capability to configure virtual services, that would be fine as well.
I wonder if the latest Huawei 3G router that Safaricom sells has these features. Anyone?
