Apple doesn't really play the specs game. There are a lot of phones with better specs that iPhones, but the iPhones strength comes from the tight integration between software and hardware. In fact, in terms on memory, the iPhone has around 512 MB or 1 GB, and yet it performs better than most other phones with 2 or 4 times the memory. There is no use in comparing specs.

Same as with the camera. The megapixel battle is worthless, as the quality of pictures is determined by other factors such as the sensor. So a 8 MP camera can actually be better than a 42 MP camera.

A lot of features usually found on the newer Android phones are totally unnecessary, ahead of their time or poorly implemented and after the fad, the fade away..

I think the Touch ID is revolutionary. I waste a lot of time typing passwords and passcodes on the iPhone. Now I will just swipe my finger and in a millisecond I am in. Siri is also performing very well on iOS 7, a major improvement and though no refined, this can another feature with a lot of potential.
