Did I not answer?
People must be told to RTFM and use Google, exhaust all possible avenues by themselves before rushing to any forum to seek answers. This is to encourage them to use their initiative and I don't know the best way to do that than discourage them from thinking that people are out there to do google searches, etc for them. That is why sometimes they are given lmgtfy.com/
BTW, I am not apologizing.
Odhiambo Washington,
Someone asked a question, if you have an answer, just answer it without the additional unnecessary stuff. Everybody is not a genius like you. I dont think we are here to see who is more tech than the other but to assist each other and seek for tech opportunities

Sure, I know I didn't sound polite, but I gave you a possible solution.
The best solution though, would have been for you to read the error log for the web server to get a solution.
Well, I am sorry for not being so polite, but your question too wasn't that smart as one would expect.

If you have put the content you want accessed in /some/path/to/content, then you should give access to it:
Go to the virtualhost configuration and add this:
<Directory /some/path/to/content/>
Order Deny, allow
Allow from all
</Directory>
Then execute the command:
apachectl graceful
Then test to see if you can access the content.
Next time please ass your questions like you are asking a third party, not asking yourself. You must present your case for people to understand it. We are not google. Then I also think you should take a deep look into how you installed your server. This kind of error is quite weird for Apache - that it is not able to access files it installed. Seems like you changed file permissions without understanding what you were doing - the result of a rush to get to a destination without planning.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
