Would not have taken him seriously if he did not say that those who know what they are doing are also world class developers - from the Linux kernel and Java stuff he has seen some of them do.

architects who birthed Linux, Delphi and C# should be taken very seriously.
What he has unable to find himself was a hard core (c#) Windows programmer. C# sw devs are going to be very very hot locally in the near future!
