Of course I had to re-enforce the network access policies via AD. The offender happens to be waaaaaay above my pay grade hence whoever configured his/her pc did not add him to a domain. Luckily access to the mail server required that you must authentication hence the damage was not wide spread.

I also had to relay our outgoing traffic via the spam filtering service. Only incoming traffic was being filtered.

Forgot to come back. Apparently , I had been blacklisted by several antispam databases. I managed to de-list from several and also used my spare public IPs as I try to delist from the rest. 

I've to say Safaricom guys came in handy to assist me get the de-list faster.

Access Kenya have certain restrictions on their network which will give you headache if your LAN isn't clean, but that again is the point - clean out your LAN!

Check your network, most likely its blacklisted. They mostly use a funny spam filter site. Check with mxtoolbox.com blacklist.
