hi, I think this thugery is too much.I have complained to customer care and they pretend to have no idea. everytime am left with a balance of 15ksh and try to call "sorry you do not have enough credit to make this call" how much is enough if a call is 3ksh. and does it mean for every credit of 100ksh its actually 85ksh. how do i get my many lost 15 bobs is there a safaricon skunk in this list -- "I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be honorable, to be compassionate.
