[Skunkworks] Surf n' Bite

Hi Skunks, I have heard that there's a place around Anniversary Towers - Hazina Towers environs called Surf n' Bite or something of the sort where one can go and browse all day while buying something to eat. It's not Dormans or Java or any of those. Anyone know how true this is and if the speeds are good? Also, what's on the menu and what are the price ranges? Thanks.
