[Skunkworks] Building a Low Budget Failover/High Availability Server Setup with Windows

Hello guys, This one is for you before you go for the frothy stuff:-) What is the cheapest way to build a High Availability System using Windows? Anyone done it? Cheaply? I know how to do this kind of stuff using Heartbeat, DRBD, CARP, Freevrrpd but not on Windows. I have two servers - DC and FS and I need a low budget failover.
