According to Nokia on that page link ( *Humphrey Ngoiya* provided the links ) "says Helen Jarvis, services marketing manager at Nokia South Africa. "We look forward to working with the South African and African developer community going forward to continue providing the best mobile applications to consumers on the continent and worldwide." What African developer community is she referring to? Where are they? Sorry SA is not Africa on its own. We ( as listers ) need to look into Nokia's judgement and trends they considered to make the results. We should be able to compare our apps to those that won. Is Nokia telling us something?
