Simply because you have decided on a particular solution and those providing that solution do not live up to expectation does not mean that there are no good service providers. I concluded that there is no good service provider in Kenya. None!! Today it is this one, tomorrow it is the other.. And at some point all these providers just don't pick their support lines whenever there is a problem.
