Well it could be that they are tired of sorting out microsoft issue, or needed the cash to pay off an outstanding personal debt, or just saw a cool yatch and wanted to buy it....or they dont see a future in microsoft.....either way  its their right!

they are selling very little compared with their total shareholding. Tying up all your cash in one venture is not a smart move. I think there is a saying involving a basket and eggs?
