It depends on how well the owner took care of it and whether its a rare model. A pal has a 20 something year old rare Volvo and has been getting offers of 300- 400k the car doesnt even move! I wouldnt mind paying 150 - 200k for a model that i really want some go towards the 1.1m range like landrovers (especially defender short chassis) hardly depreciate(to the detriment of those of us looking for them). Ive seen a good peugeot 504 going for 400k On Wed, Mar 17, 2010 at 9:57 AM, Billy <billyx5@gmail.com> wrote:
Is it really just about how old the car is or do you not look at the condition of the car?

We are not talking of collectors items. Due to depreciation, cars lose value. Even insurers will not cover such cars and charge seperately.
In KENYA = Ksh 150,000/- or more! Junk has some value.
In UK = Please take it away from me! It will cost me more to dispose of it
In Japan = Scrap. No one wants its
In some parts of Europe = Please take it away from me! It will cost me more to dispose of it
If you have travelled and seen such, pls add your thots. :-)
Rgds.
