btw, you could do ever services and tariffs complaining skunks a GREAT favour if you reviewed consumer protection and tariffs drafts comments sent to CCK ( apparently got 'lost' since were never published at their website?) I can send you all copies of various regulations comments submitted by Civil Society groups (under the www.ict4all.or.ke initiative) and an additional ~ 10 pages submitted at the KSMS public forum.
