Dear All, I beg to differ. A coder will shapen his skills and continually improve his or her skills because of a passion rather than just what he does 8-5. Better yet i have met numerous SAP, Oracle and similar technology developers who are both skilled and very very adventurous within the cnstraints of these platforms. Thats my two cents!
