There is another ZTE modem that does 7.2/5.76 (D/U) which Safaricom is selling at 3k, with 300MB free. Perhaps that is what you are being sold on campus for 4k? Just maybe??
I'd be surprised if it's Safcom selling the Huawei E1820 at 4k! Labda ni promo for Campus.
