Just our neigbours here in Tanzania are having www.jamiiforums.comand you will never find less than 1,500 people logged in. Ask them for a rate card you see what you are sent. If you go to Dar es salaam you get they have even billboards near the CBd and close to teh airport. South Africa also the same.
