Fair enough - after such a comment I guess I have to walk the talk ;-)
I have actually been planing to do a little training course on the topic, but doing a blog post about it might be a good place to start.
Also a blog post might be used as training material later on so challenge accepted.
Time is always an issue, but let me see if I can get something out before this latency debate has ended.
