This will be tricky as the user has been using this laptop for over 7months, I just discovered that McAfee uses other names in the registry

for example this key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\MSC later in the day ... i will try to remove this key and see if it works; Thanx
