[Skunkworks] Bulk smses are not getting delivered

This is starting to get into my nerves. Safaricom smses are not getting to their intended destination on time if ever at all. Yesterday a client calls to say that he has sent money via M-Pesa and that he hasn't received a confirmation code and I have not either. Bulk smses are not getting delivered either and the SMSC is delivering success reports. Aghrrr! What is happening at Safcom? Then I hear Bob Collymore (now Micro Joseph) saying that they are adding services to the M-Pesa thanks to the new system?
