I need to setup a TV card to view TV on my ubuntu 9.10 box, I have done all the setup but i still cannot get the tuner to work. Output from dmesg is as follows 16.056107] Linux video capture interface: v2.00 [ 16.131416] EXT3 FS on sda3, internal journal [ 16.251780] bttv: driver version 0.9.18 loaded [ 16.251786] bttv: using 8 buffers with 2080k (520 pages) each for capture [ 16.251858] bttv: Bt8xx card found (0). Has anyone been able to hack watching TV on linux and if yes, where am i going wrong. Or is this TV card completely not compatible with linux. What TV card should I use? -- Simon Gatonye 0722993642 P.O. Box 75232 Nairobi - 0200
