It has come to our attention that,  a few of the IT distributors in your Country who are selling APC’s goods in your local market are not APC authorized distributor. Hence it is a challenge for the customer to authenticate original goods from gray one’s since the part numbers of the goods are same & the gray one’s do not comes under APC’s warranty.
 
As a result APC Service Centers are constantly turning away the end user who is not in a position to provide warranty of such goods. In the long run, this is negatively affecting APC the brand,  IT resellers &  IT retailers.
