[Skunkworks] Yu Data Network not satisfactory

Yu data only works OK in Nairobi but step out of cbd its dead slow with timeouts all the time. If am logged int chat and open a webpage chat logs out. In some areas data is not enabled yet. Don't be so quick to judge even the giant safcom had worse issues and sorted them out. So give them time.
