Tell her to get a voltage converter from 220/240V to 110/120V or even a step down transformer and make sure the output wattage can support the microwave and blender or she can buy several of them. If its not overloaded she has no worries of frying equipment. Ive never had issues with the converter. Am sure they can be gotten locally from Electrical supply stores.
