Personally, I have never used the unlimited Internet. I didn't even buy into the idea from Safaricom/Orange because it did not quite make sense to me given the initial complaints I was hearing. Problem is Kenyan users want the packages formulated their way, not along the providers' business models.
My only complaint is one: I need the coverage everywhere, Kenyawide, not in some "data belts". They can charge whatever they want. In any case I will always find what suits my usage patterns, and pocket!
