Last year I sent my greens 3g modem through a shredder, it damaged the blades, was a funny site though... :-))) @Claire, I was patient with Orange because they acknowledged it as a system error. Understanding that the billing system is probably being handled by or outsourced people who are applying the famous formula 1 + 1 = 3 , where 2 is the answer while 3 is more problems created, I can only be patient. That is why I'm concerned that any billing, management or public innovative systems that kenyans use as public services be subjected to quality control standards. This applies to the banks too.
