If my english teacher taught me right, there *has never been a night travel ban*. Only regulations, which means comply and you can have the night travel license. Whats so difficult in complying? (coz the owners have hidden agendas - don't want to emply(2) drivers, 8hrs limit per driver, drivers are alcohol/drug addicts and wont meet the threshold, their sights are failing even in their early age, monthly pay etc etc etc) The CS has repeated this o many times, it's almost choking me.
