REALLY?! they help donors and developing countries use INNOVATION and ICT technologies to achieve economic growth. WHERE? ( too much lolling!! :-))) ) Someone please educate me on this, because I'm not sure when the invasion of tech sector "humanitarians" ( possibly aka Brokers looking for poor Africa to get their funding ) started?
