I think Samsung was the company to beat Apple, if it actually went to serious R&D and went to the market first - The issue right now is that everyone thinks they are copying Apple, even if they are not, since Apple gets first into the market and markets well. Its actually the only company that is doing over 200% rise in handset sales so I still think they have a chance, but with alot of these anti-trusts?? Looking at that list objectively I would think otherwise, the Samsung just beats the iphone 4 on many fronts except a few e.g Camera and as you said, if Samsung makes the parts for apple, why would they build an inferior product for theirs ?
