This is pretty simply achievable. All you need is; a) huge chunk of bandwidth to support the publishing point b) probably a license to rebroadcast over the internet.
Then you can also do it from the comfort of your house, should you meet both a & b I think its lack of initiative from the media houses, but then again what is in it for them to pursue streaming, i.e who is going to pay for it? BTW Mark where can I get proper info on Google CDN...please no JFGI
