David that is purely demand vs supply many guys can do web design do not forget there are still guys charging more than 200K for a page and yet they still get customers  ..... same case here ... if you feel you cannot pocket 25K for the job hop along as a matter of fact even the MPs in Kenya still complain about their salos ... so the guy wants Linux admins for 25K, anyone out there who feels they can take that home please apply coz as a matter of fact he still will get applications even from among so me of you who are complaining .... <br>

IMO if it is serious work just hire one experienced Linux admin and pay him/her the total sum paid to all the three &quot;rookies&quot; being sought after coz frankly I think with such job adverts that will lead people to eventually undermine Linux admins and what they are actually worth, Look at web design nowadays, you got every quack of tom, dick and harry doing it and charging meagre fees. <br>
