Probably somebody is working with somebody inside those telcos. This is a serious case, and I wish those few strange happenings can be discussed in the upcoming Internet Governance Forum. Pardon me, but I still don't believe it's possible to be subscribed without you engaging your SIM card in accepting the offer. If that was not the case, then you are sitting on a goldmine.
