@TheBigBoss, When you say Internet TV, do you mean the flat panel box of set top box like Apple TV, WD Live, Boxee? If you mean a flat panel, you can go for a good panel with high refresh rates and with LED. The other internet 'Apps' are useless, in the current setup. Just get a good panel, and get yourself and Apple TV or something closer. Apple TV works well for me. In term of HDTV, get a Sony. Their high end TVs are much better that Samsung.
