I have been having this problem of sending mail with my mail client. I am using telkom's network, so originally i thought my domains is pulling a first on me. On further checking, i realized that telkoms IP have been blacklisted. Now i am stuck with only email coming in but cannot send out. the IP's i have checked are as follows. PS this IP are assigned using DHCP:
