by the way check out this arithmetic. 

A standard car is about ten foot by four foot wide, thats fourty square foot. 
that car paying Ksh 400 a day for thirty days (yeah, i know thats a bit of a stretch) will pay a cool Ksh 12,000 a month for an area that is 40Sq foot. 

this computes to about Ksh 300 per square foot.

with this kind of rate, and with the likes of Lonrho charging close to 65 per sqare foot...... why not just convert the whole of town into parking spaces?
