
Down for me too since yesterday afternoon. Got through to support on the first call yesterday and was told that a node in my area was down and that the team was working on it as a top priority. The node was down last weekend too so this is the second weekend in a row with no internet or TV. Pretty terrible since the weekend is when I'm actually at home and want to use internet and TV. No net since yesterday. And of course, Zuku customer care have refused to pick up any calls. All I have done is waste my credit.
To speak to someone in customer care last night, I had to call Zuku NOC, who had to wake up the person at customer care, who then called me and yawned in my ear.
Zuku customer support is actually getting worse, not better.
