In those stupid moments, I over scratched a Telkom card. That was 4 weeks ago. Numerous calls to Orange, nothing. The card is now too old and unused. They just cant get me the digits to top up my hungry phone. With Safaricom you just walk to CC or authorized dealer n bang!, you got a new card. QB wil forever rule our telco landscape. I had this experience with yesterday trying to load my orange modem but the card wouldn't go through, on checking the card had expired, so i called CC and am told they don't activate expired cards. Who in this day and age does that?
