I would be more interested in recognizing much more than &#39;development&#39;. We seem to always fail to realize that software is not just about coding. Coding is but a small part of the entire process.This is why there are so many fly by wire companies developing poor solutions and it is very difficult to find good software engineers in Kenya<div>
