High chance your hard drive could be faulty too, sometimes Disk I/O problems can cause freezes. Graphic card? maybe not. If you sure its your graphic card then change your settings to triple buffering or overlap in the openGL panel but like I said i doubt its your graphic card seeing working on mail would not use hardware acceleration. It first froze while playing FIFA, I had to force it off. I thought it had something to do with the game and the graphics, so I uninstalled the game after the 4th time. Then it froze even when typing email, then when doing other ordinary tasks. I have done virus scans with a number of AVs, done diagnostics and everything else I could think about. Does anyone have an idea what could cause this random freezing? Or is there a known issue with this particular model or graphics card? I have a feeling am missing something but I don't know what... Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
