I think we mistook the objective or whoever defined it was not sure what they wanted to do.<br><br>They were &#39;switching off&#39; phones without an IMEI, not necessarily fake phones. So not expecting people to work around it was a bit short sighted. However I can assure you someone somewhere made a lot of money. <br>
