And mobile, web and ussd developers have been salvating ever since they hatched ideas to tap into the 10 million subs market. <Humor> = However, she has not been too friendly on such matters and infact been called all sorts of names in the NDA market. :-))))))) Now, safaricom is going to give developers two options : 1) Join up and develop for them on their next long term project, whether you are an individual or a company : Safaricom Applications Store ( via their portal ) 2) You better be ready for some dominating competition. Imelda, the developers market is getting pretty exciting because there already exists Nokia's OVI apps store and local Nokia representatives are very keen to see kenyan apps get online. Infact am quite surprised that until now only the 2 apps developed at UON are online despite the hype about Mobile Developers. And now Safaricom with its excellent innitiative.
