For those of us who do not care to give safaricom an extra shilling, we usually do an ATM withdrawal procedure which responds with your balance at the end of the message. You can also try sending money to someone with a figure higher than you have. For instance, if you know you are in the ranges of 6k, send 30k. It will just tell you you do not have enough balance, your balance is....<br>
