Have you considered Telkom Kenya Ltd ? . Depending on the area, their E1 services offer upto 99% uptime. TKL and Orange have some arrangement with France Telekom routes and would suit you on EU carriers. With Eassy in their docket now, things are likely to change. It would be a good idea to talk to TKL business division. Maybe Rita on the list can adv you further? On a further note, I hear Safaricom Internet Division is gearing well.
