What do you mean other problems? These problems can be addressed while building a data network at the same time. If we have to wait for the end of traffic jams and food insecurity to build a robust network, we may have to wait forever. And the reason why data penetration is less than 10% is because of lack of a viable last-mile option. So the net infrastructure provides this, and much more.
