Under what laws is the company allowed to eavesdrop, since piracy is not a national or international threat under their laws. It may only has proof of an IP and may have obtained data which I think under some laws would not be acceptable methods. I'm only writing this as a light-hearted joke: Find a good lawyer and sue them for infringement of privacy rights!
@Aki, They could simply be logging activities on their servers, which tells them everything they need, even the content that was infringed upon.
