The ip ( masked ) is information obtained using what method, if the sentry is using mining or striping then itself in infringment. Does US laws allow hacking of hosted systems to obtain such info? Under what laws is the company allowed to eavesdrop, since piracy is not a national or international threat under their laws. It may only has proof of an IP and may have obtained data which I think under some laws would not be acceptable methods. I'm only writing this as a light-hearted joke: Find a good lawyer and sue them for infringement of privacy rights!
@Aki, They could simply be logging activities on their servers, which tells them everything they need, even the content that was infringed upon.
