Was busy, hadn't seen this post.
I'll tell you this much.
We do the replacement option with Elite, spares can take a while to come in and as a part of the Premium resellership, we are to accomodate our clients with a replacement while
things are being taken care of. I can't brag about our quality of service however i personally haven't heard of anything bad about us other than the fact that our goods are expensive and
take a while to get brought in.

Other then that, i don't think i can say more.

Oh yeah.. i can!!
